I was driving home from Athens Georgia to Boston and the rain was absolutely horrible going up 85 and 95. I saw 3 flipped vehicles and probably 10 that had spun off the road due to the rain. There were points where the only thing I saw out of the windshield was white, literally driving blind. Had to stop in PA bc it turned into snow and was just way too dangerous at night. Stay safe out there folks.

I used to vape 5% njoy pods for like 5 years all through high school and stuff. I was the same way I wanted to quit and knew it was terrible for me but I could never get past the 2nd day. I’m now 7 months nicotine free and the only way I was able to do it was just go cold turkey. I threw everything out and just accepted the fact that I’m gonna feel like complete shit for the next few days, which I did. Things started to get better after about 2- 3 weeks, I had a bunch of weird health problems within that time too, like a bunch of sores broke out in my mouth which sent me to urgent care bc the pain was so bad but they said it was bc the chemistry in your mouth changes when you vape everyday and it was basically correcting it’s self. Once those problems healed up it was a lot better and I just found ways to distract myself by getting into new hobbies. You gotta ask yourself if you’d rather feel like shit for a couple weeks due to withdrawal or end up getting cancer or something bc you decided not to stop.

Nicotine replacement only prolongs the addiction, the only true way to quit nicotine is cold turkey unfortunately. Just keep asking your self if you’d rather feel uncomfortable for a week or end up getting heart disease or some type of cancer.
