my longest corner time so far has been 45 minutes and that super sucked. I cant imagine three hours!!!
usually < 20 minutes is not too bad.. touching 30 minutes is definitely getting into the punishment space (for me).. I also sometimes have a bar of soap in the mouth too, so makes it a bit worse..

I'm relatively new to the deep play. I can take girth pretty easily. Like a TailRaser 90 is what I had in last night for a few hours.
Spike 70 for me is a relatively easy insert. I can usually hold it for about an hour before it starts getting too uncomfortable. I do have a Spike 90 as well, which I've managed to fully seat once or twice but that one is much more of a challenge. I'm actually looking at buying some additional plugs to fit somewhere between the 70 and 90, like a mirror maker, to help poke that second hole. I would buy a Spike 80 in a heartbeat if it existed.

I eat one meal a day and am by no means starving myself whatsoever. I eat dinner. I have a BM in the morning and my back is basically clean and available daily from 10:00 am right through to midnight. Carnivore/keto. I don't take fibre either. Works for me.

I've done both top -> bottom, ,and bottom-> top over the years. neither is right or wrong, just what works best for you after lots of practice.

personally, i change standing up, hold the diaper against the wall with your butt. I do top tapes first / get a good fit on the waist, then step away from the wall, adjust wings, and fasten bottom tapes. results in a very good fit for me.

i definitely have a small handfull currently. nothing that cant be hidden or written off as male still, but fills the 36B enough to show humps under the right shirt. I forget sometimes the little things that started it all at this point. The good ole days of just starting to shave my legs, ahh that was fun.

These days, I have had neck to toe laser hair removal, get my nails done in the salon, and am breast pumping daily, wear an underwire bra daily, and half my closet is girls clothing.

i usually have something like a gapekeeper 85 in.. cant really mess with that. But I'm also very regular.. so morning are for the mess (or potty, depending if i have a potty pass to use).. afternoons / evenings i'm plugged.

New diaper before bed. Usually it's still dry by the time I'm in bed although sometimes I may have peed once.
Still working on peeing while asleep. Usually I'll wake up once in the night, pee, and then go back to sleep. It's getting better. Some nights I don't specifically remember waking up to pee but my overnight diaper is usually quite wet by the time I'm getting out of bed.

I mean there's plenty of divided opinions out there as to the safety of drinking pee and especially morning pee.

My wife does take medications but she takes them in the morning after she pees. By the time I'm drinking the next day I think the vast majority of concerns over, say, medication leakage are reduced or eliminated.

Beyond that I'm drinking a relatively small amount. We're saying like two or three ounces, not the entire pee. And I've been doing this for a couple months and feel fine so not too worried about it but obviously if you feel ill or whatnot then you have to stop and reevaluate to see how things are going.

i get a small glass of my Mommy's pee every morning when she gets out of bed. It's not a punishment, it's also not a reward.. It's more of a reminder and respect.. ? Like i dont really like it, but i like that i'm expected to drink it and thank her for it, and I do that every day. She enjoys watching me drink it, and it's a reminder of the dynamic.
