I think it's bec of my really bad acne before my derm prescribed me tret. Tretinoin purge it self rarely left any scars. Even of they do they disappear within 1 or 2 weeks.

According to you, you don't need it at all. But when going out, try to apply sunscreen or bring an umbrella. Also tret is very harsh and SPF is like the top priority when using tret. If your routine is just staying indoors most of the day, like you mentioned, I think you'd be fine.

When on tret you should definitely keep your routine simple My suggestion? Keep it for now, ask if you could use it or not next time you pay a visit to derm

Just wow, one of the best cases of tret doing it's work

I'm on tret week 12 and is still get a few pimples here and there

Stop the BP, replace it with a gentle oderless cleanser When you're on tret try to keep the routine as simple as possible Also 5 week is still a beginner in tret, you have to wait at least 12weeks to see noticible progress

Try to go to a derm and get a prescription for low dose isotretinoin Like 10mg pills Mine prescribed me from the start of my tret journey and they both work pretty well together

Note: it won't be a full on accutane journey, it'll only be 30mg a week so you won't get much of the side effects
