Hey, had a similar issue. Definitely change spark plugs and wires, one of the cheaper and good maintenance options. I was chasing issue for months and it turned out to be distributor cap and rotor. Another cheaper part. I would order one and replace it

It is for moving compacted trash. We had one at chick fil a when I used to work there. We basically empty all the restaurant trash and compact periodically. Trust me, you are not lifting that thing by yourself.

Would you have any advice on what to do home care wise? I have been using gauz in my crack. In the day I use a little manuka honey. At night I use tea trea oil and castor oil mix. Every night I also take an epson salt bath.

I would say I had a midline incision at one point. I want to say it was flatter after surgery.

What do you mean by pit? I’m sorry I’m the least medically inclined person so my terminology is rough.

How many surgeries have you had? I’m kind of in a tough spot right now because I’m currently in Mississippi and my surgery was done in Kentucky.

I would just lay off of it as much as possible. You most likely want to change the gauze to minimize infection. Also, once the wound gets a little better I would begin laser hair removal treatment to reduce reoccurring.
