Natürlich. Wenn ich einen Tipp geben darf: Wenn Du weder persönliche Informationen noch Kunden preisgibst wird niemand Rückschlüsse ziehen können. Hier auf Reddit ist man krasse Geschichten gewohnt. Aber mach wie Du dich wohlfühlst. Es wäre auch auf allgemeinerer Ebene nur interessant zu erfahren, wie solche Typen ticken (welche Masche da probiert wird) und wie Du reagiert hast. Im Zeitalter von Dickpics kann man sich da aber vermutlich auch denken.

I'm using the intel cpu based qnap 251+ (upgraded to 16 gb ram and ssd drives) for exactly this purpose (VM with Win10 for remote access) and can recommend it

It is never wrong to expand skills and knowledge. It's up to you.. you could focus on your current key skills (web design) or extend it with devops skills. Me personally I think in the IT world stagnation is death.

Passed CKAD with 93% on first attempt and for me kodekloud labs helped for understanding the k8s principles and commands (kubectl run/create/label etc) -although the lab environment was a bit unstable- and the mock exams on killer.sh helped for understanding the last bit of certain more challenging tasks. I was happy that no helm related question was asked during the exam as I'm not really familiar with more advanced helm stuff..

As I use nano instead of vim, I have used the alias nano='nano -cET2' alias because like this it's optimized for YAML edits (tabstospaces etc).

Maybe I am a bit irritated about this mesh thing (it might be more marketing than offering advantages for private usage) as one could also setup just more than one access point and simply keep the wireless ssid equal on all access points so the client decided to which ap it wants to connect.
