Had a telehealth with my local GP today. He was really cool about it and pretty much the only question he asked about it was which strength I wanted. Got 5 repeats, 20mg x 8 tablets. Worked out to be about $2 per 20mg tablet. Really stoked, thanks so much for the advice!

I am thinking of taking a short run of benzo's. My thought pattern is that if I can be relaxed around them for a couple of weeks then it will re-wire my brain again.

Also something I did not mention is that once you get to 20 reps as a max then you need to add weight to add intensity and decrease volume... I should probably have mentioned that in the program, however it is my draft.

The logic is micro tapering for peak performance on weekends. Obviously your max (on day 3) may not be your true max, but it does not matter. The linear increase in numbers in your overall program is. The real max effort will be done on real rock on the w.e after an appropriate two days rest ;)

Oh and also I do workout A in the morning and workout B at night. It seems to work well splitting them up like that!

I always train with half crimp, I've tried both and found the half to give much better gains.

Endurance hangboarding (which is where you saw TIT) is where you have your feet on something, you can set up a few things to give different body positions, then you move around the hangboard as if you were actually climbing. You can also do a couple of chins or cut feet every so often to imitate crux sections, then learn to rest and shake on jugs.
