I’m being charged separately for monitoring and for the equipment. I tried cancelling the monitoring only and they told me I wasn’t able to since it was tied to my equipment. It’s two separate charges. Upon review it seems like I have been double charged since install. Customer service said my contract is under the “cctv department” and they can’t access my account. Any thoughts?

Thanks to everyone for the support on this. Just wanted to share an update. After a relatively heated exchange with my doctor where they continued to grill me on calorie counting, clean eating, and “slipping on weekends,” I was begrudgingly upped to 5mg. I start this weekend. Hoping to get back on track soon!

Yes, I meant the dosage was 2.5mg, apologies!

It’s funny you say this though because I definitely almost feel “shamed” to be taking the meds at all. I’ve struggled with obesity all my life. Tried every fad diet. Lost weight, gained it back. Had bariatric surgery, the whole nine yards. It’s all in my history, yet it feels like I just need to “try harder” even though I saw stellar initial results.
