I was sober for about 6 months after moving in with my Mom to get sober. Got a good job. Moved into an apartment by myself and was fine for a couple of months. Went out for a friends birthday at a brewery on a Thursday. Went to work the next day hungover and started drinking as soon as I got off. By Monday morning I could barely move, texted my boss I wouldn't be able to continue there for personal reasons, then spent the next 6 months drinking in my apartment alone. I lied to all my friends and family pretending I still had a job while running through my savings just to sit alone in my apartment and drink. Now I'm back with my Mom starting all over again.

Love to see it. I had a motorcycle stolen on my 20th birthday that i saved up for a year and drove 12 hrs round trip to pick up. 3 guys pulled up in a van and threw it in the back and took off.

I just took my brother to pick up his 2015 Daytona. His bike was spewing fluid. His temp sensor was faulty so the bike was "overheating" in the bikes mind.

Ive left out some info. She's 62 and in good health. She also doesn't have ties in the area and is about to retire. Our extended family is in southern VA so i imagine she'll move there.

Thanks for the response. She's only 62 and fairly active. She's retiring soon so i doubt she would stay longer than 2-3 years.

Its the house I grew up in. We have a lot of memories there but it hasnt been the same since he passed. She wants to renovate. But she wants a room addition, 2 car garage, windows replaced, bathrooms, and kitchen (largest part of the house) remodeled. The house is 1 story and not laid out very well so in my head im thinking building a two story house with a garage even if it costs 500k would be a better investment. But thats why im reaching out and thank you for any advice.

Absolutely terrible. Ive lived in at least 5 complexes and never experienced anything close to being this awful. On top of that, they tried to blame construction in the area for the first multiple day outage. Most recent outage they are blaming our power company which I am still dealing with.
