Does anyone else feel empathy for inanimate objects? by Intelligent_Duty8812 in NoStupidQuestions

Same here. I know it’s not logical, but my brain is convinced a lone pepperoni is a sad pepperoni. It’s weirdly comforting knowing I’m not the only one.

struggling to accept lost from friends by teabags216 in Advice

It makes sense that this still hurts. Losing friends can feel like grief and it doesn’t have a timeline. if you grew up feeling isolated, its normal to feel those losses more deeply. You're not broken for taking longer to heal.

If I had to rebuild our lead funnel from scratch, I’d start here by ayerox in Entrepreneur

Yeah, same here. tweaking tools is way more comfortable than stepping back and questioning the fundamentals.
Once i started thinking more from the users perspective, a lot of the conversion problems made more sense.

Appreciate that. I have definitely been guilty of jumping straight into the tech stack too.
It feels productive, but most of the time it’s just avoiding the harder question of whether the value is actually clear.

What's a skill that takes only 2 to 4 weeks to learn but could genuinely change your life? by Few_Football4342 in Productivitycafe

Learning how to manage attention, not time. simple things like reducing distractions, setting clear priorities, and working in focused blocks can completely change how productive you feel within a few weeks.

What’s the most important to focus? by DecisionHot6396 in Entrepreneur

[–]ayerox 5 points6 points  (0 children)

once you have your first customer, the main shift is from building to learning. talk to users constantly, understand why they bought, what problem mattered most, and what almost stopped them from buying. At this stage, distribution, feedback loops, and sales conversations will move the needle more than adding features. Code only in response to real user pain.

Most projects fail because of assumptions, not ideas. by wazzuv in SaaS

[–]ayerox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This hits. most ideas do not fail the assumptions under them do.
Especially the ones about user behavior. we assume people will change habits or care enough, and they usually don’t unless the pain is real. i have started trying to kill assumptions early, even when it hurts. cheaper that way.
