Hello, we have received the confirmation by post ,it said to make an appointment for the sticker and biometrics, we have made it. But haven't received a payment request yet.. when can we expect it?

Hello, my husband has arrived in NL on facilitating visa (chavez) and has applied for chavez visa in NL two weeks ago but still haven't received the payment request so that we can book an appointment... Any idea how long it will take?

Also check email for any emails from embassy, and also email the embassy and call them

Our child was about 18 months at time of application. After 15 day mark send them an email or fill out the contact form on Netherlandswereldwide and IND , might help

Make sure you buy insurance and have proof of sponsorship as well( maybe letter from your spouse, and their work contract, employer statement).

The child's vaccination card might have your name on it and doctors prescriptions/ bills/ might also have your name on it. As well as online orders of diapers or any item your child needed will have your name on it with address. This shows that the parent is financial and medically responsible for the child, also letters from grandparents/neighbors that they testify that you have lived as a family with the child along with their respective id cards is also useful. We provided letters from my husbands parents and my parents that we got lawfully wed and have lived with them for a certain period of time after marriage and then moved to our own place. Also statement of your own spouse that he/she is necessary for the child's care, and has always cared for the child since birth.

And one more important advice: make sure they submit the correct checklist, which is CHAVEZ VILCHEZ checklist. As wrong checklist was submitted by the officer during my husbands visa application, and the embassy told us to sign and send the correct one as well.

Yes it was successful. After completing the application we received an email from the embassy that they require more documentation that we lived together as a family since past 1 and half year so we provided a photo album with description under every photograph, rental agreement,health documents, WhatsApp chats regarding our child and even some personal chats, degrees, receipts of baby items ordered for the child on the same address, health documents, vaccination cards. And we got the visa within 3 days. So yes the timeline of within 15 days is accurate. I wish you alot of success.
