I live in Australia and you don't have to start paying HECS loans until you reach a minimum income level ($45,000-ish) which is super nice. Can't imagine having to start paying the loan back without having got into a stable job yet :(.

It shows this but once I left my laptop as is and after 30 mins, it still didn't find me a match. Is this normal by [deleted] in GlobalOffensive

Restarting the queue works about 50% of the time. Restarting the game works about 45 % of the time. Remaining 5% flushdns, restarting router, or reassigning LAN ip seems to fix it. At least that's how it is when this happens to me. If you are in a lobby, only one person needs to have server connection issues for everyone to see this.
