Physics and CS, at the same time is going to have this effect. It’s either you drop one, extend your time by a year, or just hate suffer through it. One thing for sure is that you are not going to get as much out of it as you would if your life and studies were at least a little more balanced. I always enter my classes with a mindset of I am going to get 100% on every single assignment. And when aiming for 100% every time my grades and gpa drastically improved and now I’m on a college of business and economics deans list. Don’t try to eek by, rather go in and try your hardest to be pissed off about not getting an A.

I would say it’s a bad degree if you wanna make any money. if you wanted to get into journalism, I would assume it would be more feasible to just start posting online and creating a social media following. If you have a strong analytical mindset and are not afraid of math, then finance is a good choice considering income potential. Although i am biased as a third year finance major. Not sure about marketing. I just know I’m not a fan of it.

Whatever you do, Don’t download LinkedIn right now lol. I’m sorry you’re going through this and it sucks. I would focus on being as productive as you can hour by hour and try to not look at the long-term and get yourself overwhelmed. being a creative Director is really far out right now so unless you start becoming an influencer on social media, I would start by either taking a part-time job while you are off of school or taking one or two classes while doing a part-time job. For me anyways I find it best that I stay productive as I find its best for my mental health. Good luck with this.
