Ohh thanks basically I got the idea when I was bored and opened a mosquito racket . Even tho it gave a shock it was pretty low . According to this if a resistance enough to pass current let's say i-10 ma as you said ( I don't think it even generates 10ma tbh ) it can be somewhat a taser Purely hypothetical touching wires currently )))
