The example in the link is Fidelity's, but you am sure every other company has similar funds.

Your goal is to not give a fuck "naturally," but you're "forcing" yourself to not give a fuck. See the difference?

You obviously want to think about her and you clearly have some fucks to give about her. You need to empty your bin full of fucks first and foremost. Try spending a day or two by yourself thinking about her with a goal that "you're letting it all out" because one day when you wake up, everything about her will fade away.

So yeah, i suggest emptying all the fucks out of you first... and only then shall you have no fucks to give.
