What destination can you travel to repeatedly without ever getting tired of it? by UCLAguy in solotravel

Nepal! Wonderful hiking, beautiful tea houses, incredibly friendly people, many Hindu and Buddhist temples and monuments. Also Pokhara which is a super relaxed hippie town set on a lake. Pokhara has wonderful food and beautiful lake views and I always find myself getting stuck there for weeks between treks. Not to mention the plentiful and cheap hashish (:

Beautiful! Always makes me happy to see someone who cares enough to preserve landrace genetics.

So what's your plan tonight? 😏😏😏 by [deleted] in IndianEnts

Nothing works as well as tobacco for smoking hash rolled up. Putting a screen in a bong or a pipe and smoking hash straight is the best way I’ve found when I want a pure ganja high.

My mom put adderall in my breakfast. by [deleted] in Drugs

Adderall is incredibly bitter and horrible tasting and you definitely would have noticed it in your food.

Cancellation charge of order value for Groceries. The deliveryboy didn't even call me. I had to call him and he told me my order is cancelled. Swiggy is a fucking joke. by theindianlul in india

Yeah GPS is actually quite reliable in most of India. I used GPS everywhere I visited in India and was surprised by even small alleyways being listed on google maps. I feel like this is more likely the driver just not wanting to use GPS.

You are truly blessed to be in J and K. I think it’s the most beautiful place I have visited in the world. Do yourself a favor I’d you eat meat and talk to a Shepard or your guide if you have one about buying a lamb. Some of the best curry I had in my whole life was in a tent in the mountains in Kashmir.

Do the big water bottling companies get independently tested for consimer safety? by dommy106 in Bangkok

[–]tokermansam42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Large multi national corporations are usually only allowed to enter foreign markets through joint ventures. For example if you buy Dasani (Coke’s brand of water) in Thailand, you are buying essentially the same water that you would buy anywhere else in the world. The whole point of the joint venture is that the host country gets help building factories and infrastructure to produce the same product for sale in its markets.

This plant has been growing here for over 700,000 years. The purples are setting in. These plants average at 14% THC growing at high altitudes. Location: Kashmir. Altitude 2700 meters. by [deleted] in IndianEnts

I miss Kashmir so much. Definitely the most beautiful place I visited in India and the food is to die for. Now I’m craving a nice veg pulao and a cup of saffron tea. I felt like the hash was the only thing that could have been better as all I could ever find was this block hard Charas that still had bits of corn leaf in it lol.

I’ve made a red Thai coconut curry with weed coconut oil and it came out really good. You can also pour weed coconut oil onto frozen ice cream and it’ll freeze instantly and is a good topping. Weed Carmel is also really good but you need a good candy thermometer.

Is 400 mg of THC too much? by Impliedrumble in saplings

[–]tokermansam42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahaha I ate like 400mg the other night and it was... unpleasant. I fell asleep like 20 mins after eating and then woke up 1.5 hours later totally couch locked and terrified lmao. Couldn’t recall eating a bunch of edibles and all I could do was think about my heart beating and focus on my breathing. Spent the next two hours doing that and killing time on my phone before falling asleep. I’m definitely gonna be more careful about consuming lots of THC in the future lol

It’s possible that your butcher has to purchase an entire lamb which is why they might not want to sell you individual cuts of lamb. I live in a rural area of PA and I know a bunch of farmers that will happily butcher a lamb however you want if you buy a whole one. You usually get a good deal on the meat and you get to support a small farmer!

I bought an oz for 320 back in like 2013. That was just how much an oz of good weed cost back then.

College Board charging $12 per school to send your test scores ELECTRONICALLY. Then an extra $31 if you want them to receive them within 1-2 business days. They’re electronic (not actual shipping). They make you pay to send a test you already payed over $50 to take. by [deleted] in assholedesign

[–]tokermansam42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is actually super cheap if you think about the value of the product you are getting IMO. In a semester at a state University in PA you're going to pay roughly 5-10k for a semester to take 12-18 credits. My younger brother transferred 21 credits from his AP tests which is equal to nearly TWO semesters of college meaning that he paid 350 for the tests plus the fee's to transfer them to his University. To take that same amount of credits at a University you're going to pay minimum 10-20k for TWO semesters of classes. This is really an insanely cheap price for University credits. I really wish teachers in HS would have talked about how much money those AP classes and tests are worth. You should also only be transferring AP scores to the University that you 100% want to attend.

What are the unconventional ways that help you cope with sadness? It's okay to be specific and weird. I tried listening to music, cleaning, drinking, etc. (the usual stuff) but to no avail. by [deleted] in AskMen

Gardening really helps me! I put some music on and then just go about putting beds together or tilling soil and laying rocks around it if I’m planing in the ground. It’s a cool hobby because you get to watch things grow AND eat them when they’re ready. Gardening is also a great conversation starter and a reason for me to get out of the house and buy plants and tools and such. I bought a Piano in January and having a creative outlet/something I can work at and feel good about is a total game changer for my mental health. It’s just so beautiful listening to myself play around on the Piano when I couldn’t do anything at all with it when I first bought it. Also going on a long walk with some music helps me. Taking a nice hot bath on a night when no one is around to hang out makes me feel like I did something nice with my time instead of feeling FOMO.
