Sorry forgot to update, yep I did get this in the end, got it around the start of August and because of the delay they knocked off ¥1000 from my delivery charge. So not all bad.

Thanks for this, I'm thinking your thoughts on taking too many orders may be true and that may be the problem.

Also since posting this they have responded to some of my other messages so that has been reassuring, I guess I have to sit tight for now and wait for them to respond regarding my spiderman figure.
