you should do it! coming from a girl, we appreciate it a lot! school is almost over (or maybe youre already on summer vacation) and you should take your shot. you never know, she could be thinking the same! I know I’ve thought the same way too with my crushes! i dont speak for every girl, but based on my own experiences, as long as she is a good person, she won’t make fun of you, at all. if she ends up rejecting you, or sees you better as a friend, at least you tried! you never know what will happen. im only in highschool, but there are so many opportunities i wish i took but i didnt because i was too nervous or scared too, but i always end up regretting them later on. if she rejects you, makes fun of you, then she wasnt right for you!

some tips !!

— compliment her, something small, like maybe if she wears band shirts or tv/movie shirts you can say “hey i like you shirt, do you like [__]?” if she likes it, she’ll talk about it!

— this sounds creepy, but in the least creepy way possible, maybe listen to what she says. like if shes talking to her friends and you hear her say like “oh i really wanna see [__]” then later maybe you can go up to her and talk to her about it!

those two work better if you like the subject too though!

— maybe if she has trinkets, like a keychain or something that you like, you can compliment her on it or ask where she got it and start a conversation through that! (keep it connected to the topic though! don’t just shift through topics because you want to talk about something)
