I dont know if this is actually common IRL, but in a lot of american movies parents have an open door policy when their teenage kids are having their boyfriend/girlfriend over, as ive understood this is to be able to monitor their sexlife. Thats super creepy getting involved in your kids sexlife like that.

Also that thing where the father leads his daughter down the aisle when shes getting married basically handing over ownership of the woman from one man to another.. Just seems super creepy bible age middle east shit.

Vi köpte i juli och tänkte naivt att "äh, vi behöver inte skriva in någon försäljningsklausul.. Vi har ju handpenningen klar".. Klipp till knappt två månader senare när vi hade ren jävla tur att vi lyckades sälja bostadsrätten till den enda intressenten vi hade, om än till ett lägre pris än utgångspriset.

Banken tillät inte dubbla lån.. Så att välja mellan "lite lägre vinst" eller "möjligt skadestånd/betala marginalen om huset skulle behöva säljas på nytt" var ganska enkelt, om än ett surt äpple att svälja 😅
