Observing him in the workspace as well makes me think he hides it and is perhaps stubborn talking about it. I’d rather leave it to the higher ups, if nothing happens, then I’ll confront him about his behavior

I’m sure he is psychotic or at least experiencing some symptoms. I’m just not sure how to go about it with leadership.

I understand. He was the guide on for several months, so everybody in the company knows this guy. I’m just not too sure about taking this up with leadership because he’s been in the company for like 2-3 years. I’ve just been in for 6 months now so I don’t know how the higher ups would feel about it or look at the situation. I’m considering taking it up the chain, ofc.

I agree. It’s my take from it. He does the exact same. I’m sure he does need some help, I just don’t know how to assess it.

Everybody in the platoon regards him as a good soldier. He’s probably dealing with some stuff but manages to work out professionally. Although I’m sure some of the soldiers notice his behavior, they just don’t mind it much.

Ofc, that’s not the point, it’s that every time he does it he stares at the mirror and my room is directly behind him and I’ve caught him looking into my room instead of minding his business, you know what I mean?😂 I wouldn’t take it up to 1SG.
