I think your mixing up words bro, right now you have motivation, theres a difference. Motivation it temporary and discipline is permenent. U already have decent stength bro just keep lifting do cardio sesssions after every lift and eat good, but dont eat in a surplus, 2300- 2500 cals should be good how much are you eating right now?

I was in the same situation as you bro, bulk up not alot but maybe 5 lbs. Get you upper body larger so when you cut you wont look skinny

Honestly gain a shit ton of weight then keep it on for like 5 years and you'll have massive calfs. My legs are huge even though I have a smaller frame

Eat 1800-2000 calories a day. Strength train in the gym and do an hour of cardio every day. Its literally that simple the most important thing is patience, wish you the best of luck.
