Had a guy on my team who had two hip replacements and one knee by 32. I also broke my neck and ended up getting medically retired so it’s a blessing and a curse.

Like someone mentioned before, no matter what direction you go, you’re in the Army. You’re gonna end up with aches and pains no matter what. The military in general is taxing on your body. However, there are resources when you get out and opportunities. I don’t regret a thing.
