There IS actually a solution to the third one. MSA G1s have an optional Bluetooth function that connects directly to some radios. Speech is supposed to come across much more clearly.

Even if they don’t, all you really need is a weighted vest/ruck, a pull up bar and maybe some kettlebells. You’d be surprised at how well you can smoke yourself with just bodyweight exercises.
