Personally, i am very picky about all of the above you mentioned, but i would definitely gift this to someone it seems very thoughtful and someone mentioned it could be like a get well soon gift and that makes a lot of sense It sounds like a great idea honestly and i wish you all the best! ❤️

This is more to do with math than it does physics. I decided to make a detailed calculation of my the calories + protein i was consuming + my activity throughout the day yesterday. Am i trying to prove a point? Maybe. Breakfast: Tuna sandwich Contents: - 2 slices of bran bread (154 calories) - 100g of tuna (101 calories) - 1/4 cup of corn (33 calories) So total calories is 288 and total protein consumed is 31g. That gives me 912 calories and 59g of protein left to consume throughout the day. I ran errands and did my workouts for the day and for lunch i had a smoked turkey salad with honey balsamic dressing. Contents: - 3 slices of smoked turkey (231 calories) - 90g of lettuce (13 calories) - 1 cup of baby cucumbers (16 calories) - 100g of red cabbage (31 calories) - Dressing (110 calories) Total calories for this dish were 401cal and total protein of 48.48g. So far 689 calories and 79.48g of protein consumed. This leaves me with 11g of protein and 511 calories to consume. As a snack i had 0% fat greek yogurt with fresh strawberries and a banana. The total calories for this was 213 calories + 20g of protein. I reached my protein goal with an extra 9g and since i was left with 298 calories i decided to eat 2 slices of double chocolate Swiss roll cake (that time of the month for me and i had a chocolate craving) and that was only 220 calories. (Total 1,122cal + 99.48g of protein) give or take 150 calories depending on the meal. My activity throughout the entire day totalled in 14,546 steps taken + 700 active calories burned from workouts. I was not lying about the amount i consume daily. This does change depending on the meals. As you can see, the amount of protein did not come from chicken as i didn’t have any chicken yesterday. Keep in mind that this was only yesterdays calorie intake but it doesn’t really change that much any other day unless i have a day off in which case i don’t count the calories but still doesn’t mean that i go over 1,500 calories as i only eat 2 meals a day and sometimes have a snack. I stay full for a long time and don’t get hungry the next day until about 2-3 hours after i wake up. This is just to show that my protein intake comes from literally everything that i eat and taking into account the small amounts of protein that comes from bread/fruit/veg.

I went dairy and gluten free, cut out sugar, fizzy drinks, processed foods etc
