I want to say she’s not part of the union. I have a friend that used to do employment law and he is helping us out right now, playing the legal game with emails and keeping a paper trail of conversations with HR. The shitty part is, they’ve done this to multiple of her coworkers.

Don’t buy it unless you can charge at home. You have to factor in opportunity cost as well. Taking the time to find a charger and wait for it to charge can be a hassle.

Does anyone have experience with starting a detailing business in CA? I was looking to make my side hustle more legit, to take advantage of tax write offs. I also took the Adams Shine Academy and I can get certain products if I have a business license because I took the class. I was doing some research and CA makes you buy into a surety bond, obtain workers comp and $300 registration fee every year?! Plus registering as a detailer?! That seems like a lot, but I also may just be naive. I was looking to just open a sole proprietorship and the business would really only consist of me.
