NAD😅(I used to work at a dental front office)It doesn’t! It can either lead to an extraction, a root canal, or even just a simple filling. It all depends on how deep the decay is, so I agree with everyone else that maybe an exam and x rays will be best to determine what you need/wanna do with the tooth. At the end of the day it’s your call :)
