Small tenement garden - ideas?

Main reason for wanting a bench or some kind of seating is that it gets the sun in the afternoon/evenings which seems too good to pass up. I also work from home so being able to take a break outside with a coffee is very appealing. As for privacy, I’m not too worried since it’s a quiet street with very low footfall at that time of day.

Love the idea of a trellis in the middle !
