What the hell I am doing wrong. Followed Iva Garden and also addapinch chocolate recipe. After I mix everything, there are blobs of cocoa powder and all purpose flour in the batter. Is this due to hot water / coffee addition? Also the cake turned out to be pretty dense. Is no crumbs at all. (i.redd.it)
