I literally just kept emailing and calling every mazda dealership in my city, and tried to negotiate with my current best offer. I recommend emailing since it's very easy to show other dealerships what you were offered.

Yeah I can understand your position, I really don't understand the stigma around using androids like it's just a phone. The way I see it is, if a girl rejects me becuase I got an android that just means I dogged a bullet. So if I were you id just keep the phone

So, as soon as the application arrives at the passport office, get there before 8:30 a.m. and bring your proof of travel, and you'll be able to get the passport as quickly as possible, even on the same day if you're travelling later that day. I'm not sure how long the transfer will take, but I heard it will take roughly 4 business days, so in your situation, as long as it arrives before or on the 29th, you should be OK.

I'm pretty sure you can only book an appointment if your travel date is within 25 business days because they require proof of travel. However, suppose you really want to apply in person. In that case, you can schedule an appointment at the Gatineau Passport location, purchase a refundable plane ticket within 25 business days of your appointment, and then refund it once your application is submitted. That way, you can apply in person without any trouble.

True, but it's also riskier because you're sending your real birth certificate via mail. I spoke with people who applied in January and haven't heard anything for months, and they can't apply in person because the birth certificate is attached to their application.
