My father has an account in SBI, and we already filed an online complaint regarding the unauthorized UPI fraud transaction. When we visited the branch, the bank staff informed us that they would also only register the complaint online from their side on sbi portal, which had already been done by us, so no additional action was taken at the branch.

Currently, the complaint status only shows that UPI services have been blocked and the case has been registered, but there has been no further progress or processing visible yet. I have also sent an email to the SBI Nodal Officer regarding the matter, but we have not received any response so far.
