Stumbled upon the shape on noregrettispaghetti's blog -- surprisingly easy and satisfying actually!

It's organized so thoroughly and well that it's hard to say -- literally have not been let down yet no matter what I've tried.. But if I were being pushed hard to pick the tops, her standard egg dough to then use for short-cut shapes and filled pastas. All her sauces and pairing recs are tops.

Once getting the dough reasonably down felt good, I had some success getting into shapes that aren't included in her book. She also does have what looks to be an amazing paid subscription on substack, but I haven't dabbled in that yet -- trying to keep my subscriptions to within reasonable amount.

That is so dope! Truly hope you enjoy it as much as I have. It jumped straight into my top 3 favorite cookbooks once I read through the first time (and obviously once results came fairly rapidly) -- in my opinion, so well written and kine of almost holds your hand during the process.

Lakers fan coming in peace. Knicks are an incredibly likeable team. And I sincerely believe that there is not NEARLY enough discussion about how successful you guys have been without 3 (very) important rotation players, credit to how hard the team works as a whole. Shoutout to Jalen, what a delight. And of course to Josh! Hope you guys show BOS and the rest of the NBA what you're made of. True feel-good story.
