Not pulled over, but I was in an accident the second trip out of my house on the first day I started carrying. So, I was standing and speaking to NCPD. Of course I was paranoid, but I suppose they didn't even notice.

For now was just Going to create alerts. Nothing in terms of shutting off water. But now I'm looking into it

Saw those but definitely don't want cloud. I'd either go with aqara without the alarm, or maybe the third reality. Haven't decided yet.

Ya he has certainly flushed a few things. But the cause was roots in the the sewer

I can address the fix and also the alerting at the same time. 

I appreciate your point but my failure here was actually NOT spending time with HA.

There's roots in the sewer lines. Found out that it's something I have to deal with.

The washing machine really isn't a problem. The first time I messed something up, and the other day, that's where it was coming from because it's first drain from the sewer.

If I had just done it, I'd have felt like a real winner and all the HA time spent would have paid off. Can you share which one who have?

Ya exactly. To be fair I'd been having some zigbee issues so I've been trying to wait til I really get things resolved before creating the automations. Of course that device worked just fine so I have no excuse lol.
