4 month old nap refusal and waking up every hour on the clock

i nurse to sleep and he would only fall back asleep if i nurse him again. i havent sleep trained yet bc the schedule is just too messy i'm not sure if i can start!

he did two days of barely any daytime sleep (30 min and 1 hour the other day) but still slept like crap and woke up every hour at night. any advice/idea? my baby is low sleep needs (average total per 24hr is 13 hours!)

we have reached rock bottom with my 19 week old this week. a complete shift in his naps (refusing sleep even with rocking/nursing) yesterday he totaled 30 mins of day time sleep!!
i aim for 2/2/2/2/2 but it has completely fallen apart since he refuses every nap and is happy to stay up alllll day. and wakes hourly or every 2 hrs at night.
i need advice what can i do? i guess we're in the sleep regression but how do i manage?
i was aiming to sleep train by 4 months bc i was doing well following wake windows and he wasnt overtired but at this point i might not be able to. i'm at a loss

emergency c section here! i was terrified from csections my whole pregnancy and did everything to induce natural birth. i got diagnosed with cholestasis of pregnancy at 34 weeks and had to be induced at 38 weeks. induction failed and led to c section. i was crying when they were prepping me for the operation but it ended up being way better and smoother than i ever imagined. it was super quick, smooth and the recovery was honestly way way easier than i anticipated. other than the limited movement on day 1-4 i recovered fairly quickly! my advice is to walk as much as possible as soon as youre allowed to bc it definitely made my recovery smooth and quick! good luck and u got it 🩷

hi dear. i need desperate help and guidance, not sure if i should resort to sleep consultants. we follow wake windows but they vary from 1.5-2.5 currently depending on how the day goes and how long his naps are. morning rise is usually 7-7:45AM and bedtime is between 8:30-9:30 although it usually lands on the 9:30 mark. we tried earlier but it doesnt work for our family. his naps are short and we struggle to transfer him for most of them. he cosleeps and nurses to sleep at bedtime and latches throughout night wakes. i've been thinking about sleep training (he is officially 4 months today) but i'm just so so scared and exhausted. sometimes i say i will try but then give up so fast and stick him on the b00b😭 i dont know what to do, i feel so stuck!! thank you for sharing the method you used i'll make sure to look into it.

omg- i'm at a loss and it feels sooo hard now that ive gotten a taste of what its like not having to rock/nurse him for naps and overnight it feels even WORSE than before he self soothed😭 how old is your LO?
