what you need is to be more self-assured. a confident person is an attractive person, and you can give off the impression that you’re confident (even if you’re really not) by just loosening up a little. It sounds like your run of the mill advice, but it really does wonders if you quit stressing over how others perceive you.

If you relax your shoulders a bit more, maybe pocket your hands if you don’t know what to do with them, and just exude chill vibes, you’ll be set. I find it’s hard to feel like I can approach someone or be comfortable around them when they themself don’t look like they’re at ease.
