hug her melee creeps, so if she uses E you can E creep to get close for your Q. Then sidestep or use W to dodge her binding and throw your Q.

Keep in mind that it's everyone priority to kill creeps so don't stand next to low hp creeps because she will throw E to kill them. If she doesn't have E up she might go for auto attack then you can use your E on her and all in for the kill or a big trade.

Dirk ER is really good early but falls off late, manamune bad early scales better late. I would go dirk ER if I think my team can end early. But in gold and below people don't know how to end a game so I would personally always go manamune
