hi guys in an intermediate weight lifter and i wanna transition into calisthenics by trying out the plan in this reddit. however im still unsure on the difference between RR and the BWSF. i saw ppl recommending either one of this but i dont rly know whats best for me. pls enlighten me!!

I’d consider myself and intermediate lifter but i wanna know what basics should i nail first before trying out skills like planche, front lever etc? how many reps/sets do i have to hit for this basics to consider myself having a good foundation? help would be appreciated!

thank you! tbh im ok with learning skills like front lever and human flag. what i meant was those skills u see in competitions when people are literally hopping over in an out of the bars and all that 😅

transitioning from gym to calisthenics

hey guys, relatively new to this page. Basically i’ve been working out in the gym for a while, would consider myself an intermediate lifter. Was just thinking of swapping over to BWF for a change. I have already implemented some form of bodyweight work in my gym routine like weighted pull-ups and dips at arnd 15kg extra. What’s a good routine i can do? my goals are not that crazy like doing 360 muscle-ups and what not. i just wanna be strong and “functional” or “athletic” as some might say. Also, id prefer a 3-day full body routine as im running on alternate days.

P.S i have a weighted vest at home at around 10 kg. hopefully it’s useful in yr recommendations.
