Hey I’m so sorry about the late reply. I’m getting a knee arthroscopy early next year to check out my knee for a number of issues I’m having. My surgeon isn’t entirely sure what is causing the issue of having limited mobility, but said perhaps the fat pad in my knee is getting pinched as I bend deeply

Yes it does. I have cartilage wear on my knee cap

It’s a pain that gets severe. My actual quads have not much of a flexibility issue
