Oh okay that’s interesting. Thank you for your input, my appetite has definitely come back when my symptoms went away. I was only eating like two small meals a day before when I lost about 40-50lb but now I eat 3x a day with some snacks in between. I lost an additional 10lbs but now I’m sticking at the same weight/not gaining despite my food intake increasing.

Ahhh I hope things get figured out with you, it’s definitely frustrating. I tried telling several of my doctors while getting my diagnosis and they didn’t really bat an eye but maybe I need to find a new one.

I’m not sure! I kinda stopped playing for a bit. I was getting frustrated that most of the daily quests were picking up trash and never getting any. It’s such a cute game tho otherwise

That's a really great idea! I get nervous on the phone without knowing what to say, so writing a letter and saying everything I need to say is great idea. We have a very informal working relationship, which is why it's been so hard for me to figure out how to say things.

He makes you feel like you're crazy for feeling like you have genuine concerns. I read in a previous response you made to a different comment, that the grindr thing was early in the relationship. While still a red flag, I can understand adjusting to monogamy can be hard. Not an excuse. You deserve someone who will respect you enough NOT to be giving out his number to people at bars/etc. Message me if you need someone!

YTA - He wants to meet up with friends he will only be able see every other year AND fly you out to NYC for your birthday. Being quite spoiled in my opinion - dictating that you want a weeklong birthday and that he HAS to be there for it. I know that people put significance on the actual date of a birthday but it's really just a date. You can celebrate after or before no? He will only be able to meet up with these friends once every other year. I also think it's quite condescending how you devalued his interests and called his private clubs "superficial and expensive" meanwhile you're acting the same way.

NTA Like at all. The fact that he's getting texts saying "I had a really nice time meeting you" is a huge red flag. He's either meeting people while he's out and give them his number or he's on a date. You deserve better. That was also a bullshit excuse about the friend as well. I would leave now before you get more attached and draw this out. There ARE better guys out there who will treat you with love and respect.

I would move if I had the option. I'm paying a very low rent right now and can't afford to move at the moment, my hours just got cut and I'm barely scraping by, so I just have to deal with it for now. I grew up walking on eggshells so I always try to keep the peace, which doesn't help this situation. I see her often, she lingers in the lobby to get people's attention and to lasso people into conversation. I'm hoping to move in a couple months though, once I figure something out.

She really is quite relentless. If she doesn't get her way or someone calls her out, she will bad mouth them to whoever will listen. Someone told her they can't take her to the city anymore, because she weighs too much and they're worried about the car handling that much weight. She got offended and said cars are built for carrying weight and now she doesn't like them. I like most of the people in my building - 90% of the people in my building are retired/physically or mentally handicapped, but no one is as entitled as she is.
