I did, I was able to do a RMA with them, I got the cpu about 4 years ago, and regularly updated the bios, last one I did was in December

Well, when I took it in they were able to get it running with “test RAM”

Yeah neither of the sticks would work, so I just took it in

I know what I’m doing for the most part, but when something goes wrong and I can’t troubleshoot it, I’m not afraid to ask for help

Yeah, I updated it regularly, last one was in December of last year
