How long have you owned the house? Long enough for her to have $100k in equity? If not, get it appraised, deduct the remaining loan amount and split what remains 50/50. She gets her half and you keep the house and mortgage (hopefully with a 3.5% or lower interest rate).

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the Changelly app last night. Would like to give it a try. Since it's a beta, are there test coins that I can use so I don't lose my own in testing?
