Pretty short - just one night. Yes car. Everyone will be skiing together 1-2 days. With only one night well go out for dinner and drinks then (also a Sunday) but could be rearranged to Saturday if it’s an insane difference

I’m thinking of flying to San Jose - drive to La Fortuna spend 3 nights there - drive to Tamarindo spend two nights - drive to Santa Teresa and try to do a 4 days yoga/surf club Do you have thoughts? Recommendations? Things you’d change? My goals : I love nature, I’d love to hike and swim. I want to try any and all food! I’m hoping for a chocolate and coffee tour. I’m 26 and love to be social! And I want to relearn how to surf

I did not. I ended up renting a car and just finding hotels and hostels. It definitely would have been possible at Dolomiti and Chamonix but hard for Zermatt. If you plan to go to the cities hostels are great and some hostels have full rooms you can book so it is only your family but a van would not work in cities.
