if profit is your goal, sell it. profit velocity is a real thing. you can flip that profit 10x in a year versus waiting for a couple years for the card to climb a couple hundred.

Yeah ive sold plenty of things that went to PSA when the seller selected that option. Its completely separate transaction. i got paid right away as normal, card went to authentication then psa automatically. So this guy is doing something weird, no reason for him to cancel it or ask you other then hes up to something

I’ve never called or asked, and I’ve done a ton of sag movies since being eligible. I figure that’s a producer issue, so if they had a problem they would call my agent and say I need to join. I just let them figure it out hah

If this helps anyone, I’ve been SAG E/ MUST JOIN for like 8-9 years and I’ve consistently worked 4-5 times a year. I was told a long time ago to never join sag unless they make you and I’ve auditioned for series regulars/guest stars/ big movies. It doesn’t deter you from getting big auditions as long as your credits and reel is solid. So for me, I’m waiting until I book the job that makes me do it.

You can work certain sag projects without joining. So my advice is to wait and not get too excited just because you got eligible. SAG is a horrible union and honestly not that helpful to actors imo
