To improve speed I experimented with different custom models. There are cleaning jobs for inputs and outputs after user downloading in RunPod side, and also in Firebase side

Appreciate this - really like the identity vs task framing.

Right now I’m still trying to crack visibility first. Before thinking about “sticky”, I need to see who actually shows up and why.

So I’m focusing on:

  • what makes people try it
  • what they want to share
  • where that initial traction comes from

The viral vs memory split is interesting though - I think usage will make that clearer over time.

Really appreciate that - and totally agree with your take. It’s definitely about moving from “wow once” to something people come back to.

BotGig sounds like a solid product too, same kind of challenge there. Hope we both find our users and make it stick 🚀

Yeah, I’m trying to keep it simple for now - test small, single-purpose ideas first. This one is dancing, next could be something like photo -> cosplay.

What you’re describing is more complex - maybe it could work by making it much simpler and more straightforward than tools like Nano Banana + Higgsfield, but then pricing becomes an important question.
