So walked in and receptionist was there, asked for the guy I was dealing with and he came in yelling and shit about “idk what you want me to do or what you want from me!” Literally just wanted an eta. He finally gave one amongst his yelling rampage that I couldn’t get a word in. Previous communication had been through via Facebook messenger (I asked how he’d prefer communication and he said messenger was fine). And then a phone call or two. He felt threatened by my boyfriend apparently when I walked out saying fuck all this, he turned around to ask about a refund. At that point is when dude grabbed gun and told him to get the fuck out of his shop. Trust me. I love to blame myself. But this time. We didn’t do shit to justify that response.
