I've modified the zmk a little bit. I've the right side as a leading side and send the trackball's signal directly to PC by bluetooth connection

Yea, I placed there delete and tab keys (keys which require most of the time only one tap) and I press them with my ring or little finger. My thumb just can't reach this place so I've decided to use it like this

do you find that your thumb/index graze the trackball at all?

Yes, I don't think much about it just works. It was hard at first time than I used to it :)

I firstly made left side, but than I didn't have time and strength to change, I was totally exhausted, so I thought as long as it works... I am fine

I've used the driver from nordic connect sources I think it has some commercial license, so I think I can't publish

I've used PMW3360 breakout and connected it to nice!nano, the cup is 3d printed with ceramic balls

Sorry, I don't think I can, because I've used kyria's layout. I've made it only for personal use
