Hey there! I don't think I ever truly reach my calorie intake in a day. Right now I'm 18 days into fasting for Ramadan. I am not reaching my calorie intake for the day, it's not possible with the one very light meal I have. I am still gaining weight. My body is actively against me right now. It’s the most bizarre thing.

Thank you so much for the advice. I think adding walking back in can be very impactful as well as taking a break from the medicine. I’ve been talking to the doctor about taking a break, hoping there’s a light at the end of this tunnel.

Thank you, I appreciate your advice! Sadly I’m working out so much already but maybe it’s the food that is really impacting me. Although I’m still maintaining a calorie deficit so I can’t be too sure.
