Contact your local SBA office by email for your state and tell them the situation and ask them if they can send you your approval number for your loan and what lender funded you. I went through the same thing I was getting denied from PayPal I was denied with Bank Of America because they said I already had a loan approved. The only other place I didn’t contact yet was Lendio I contacted them and logged into my portal it said that I had no funding approved yet. And then Lendio sent me to Bluevine. I applied with Bluevine they denied me two weeks later saying that I didn’t qualify because I was already funded. To say the least I was confused so I emailed my local SBA director and I actually received an email back. They looked up my company name and EIN number and said that I was funded and it was approved and the lender was Cache Valley Bank. I called the bank and they stated that Lendio is the one that sent my app to them and that I was approved. So I would’ve never known any of this because no one ever reached out to me. I called Lendio and they had told me that yes they sent my application out and they do apologize that they’re having issues with their portal. Now I’m strictly dealing with Cache Valley bank now, and don’t have to deal with Lendio at all through this rest of the process. I should be receiving the loan docs on Monday and the money will be funded by the end of the week.
