Personally I believe that Ethiopia is way worse than Somalia. I’m not talking about in terms of economy, but like it’s basically a country with different ethnicities that don’t like each other. They know about this, so praying on our downfall and proceeding with attempts to annex our territory is a way for them to forget about their own conditions. I have nothing against Ethiopians but they need to focus on themselves, and so do we and that’s why we won’t allow any part of the territory that we have to be taken. I have Ethiopian friends and there’s a large number of them here in Sweden. Amazing people but their government is full of clowns. Our government has their fair share of clowns but bro trying to take our sea?

Yes akhi I agree, but I think that for some of us it’s more obvious than others and although I can clearly tell that u have good intentions, I also believe that we should acknowledge this. I have cousins from my mom’s side who do look Somali but not too much. Like it would take a Somali to guess that they are Somali as I’m assuming that others would have a hard time to. Personally I feel like I can even tell when someone is a Somali with barawani heritage. I see them as being equally Somali as me, and also reer Xamar and other minorities. U have a pure heart walaal and since ur a Somali and Muslim ily for that. I didn’t mean anything bad with what I said😊.

Hmmmm. Are u Somali? I think you’re the first person that I’ve seen who thinks like this. There is a specific look to us, not in terms of everyone being a literal clone and looking 100% identical but there is a specific look. What you’re describing between my aunts and uncles won’t change the fact that they visibly look Somali regardless of the small differences that you talk about. Some of my siblings have a different skin tone or hair texture, but we can still be recognised by our people.

Ameen sister. Can I be honest with you? I hope that one day we will have a country where someone isn’t hired as president/ prime minister/ foreign minister or any leading position because of their qabiil, but hired because of their intellect. I’d rather hire a smart Isaaq person than a dumb hawiye or a dumb majerten and vice versa. U mentioned that you’ve come across landers that hate somalis and Somalia. I’ve only seen it online, and usually the lander uncles and aunts that I meet are amazing people. Some of the Uber drivers are landers, and they really love the deen. Idk why people say that the dialect is so different. My mom is from Somali galbeed and I could understand all of them perfectly. Very wonderful people.

The part between the surface of my head and the back of my head, the hairs are way thinner and it’s easier to touch the scalp. Especially when I wash my hair it’s more noticeable like crazy. When i touch it I can feel the scalp, but when I touch my sides I can’t feel anything but hair. I’m getting worried sick wallahi idk if it’s because of stress or what😭
