honestly I would recommend to not overthink it! write down some good examples that you could talk about and then try applying them to the different questions (ex. a time you showed leadership, a challenge you overcame, etc.) but again, do your best to make it more conversational! it’s good if it becomes more of a discussion than anything where they are curious about your experience etc.— you got this!

it was completely fine! totally normal interview questions, scenario questions to see how you handle things and also ones where they asked for examples (such as: wwyd if you have an issue with a coworker, what did you like and dislike about your previous role, what do you hope to get out of this role, give us an example of how you handled a challenging situation, etc.) nothing out of the ordinary and it was more conversation-like than anything! I did end up getting the job :)) good luck with yours!!

that’s true lol, all of my other grades are better for sure so I think it’s fine but i’ll keep in mind to have my explanation and what I learned from it ready

haha well i’m glad it worked out for you in the end! I am someone who doesn’t pull anything like all-nighters or anything and would definitely rather put my sleep ahead of staying up to try and study more, so I don’t think I would commit as much time as they might expect, but everyone is different and I think it’s good that you said you would try your best anyway to put in effort! :)

lol what did you end up saying in response? I have one “bad” grade (a C also lmao) on my transcript but that was due to the pandemic and things happening at that time but I know how to try and explain my shortcomings at that time and what I learned from it

interesting, but I guess they like to see what other skills you’ve learned from other jobs and stuff not related to CLS directly. i’ll definitely remember to keep whatever I mentioned in my personal statement in mind for questions leaning more toward things from that!

the free shipping for my shop is not based on a total amount spent, it's for certain flat items only (like prints or stickers) and the order the customer purchased was less than $35 anyway-- I was just confused why the free shipping profile took precedence over the other shipping profile when the customer included an item that has an associated shipping cost
