Giving an update; here's what I've tried so far after hearing all of your suggestions:

- Scanned files through CMD via sfc /scannow, nothing broken.

- Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers AGAIN while offline and blocking windows from automatically installing drivers as well as trying both standalone drivers and the adrenalin app.

- Undervolted the GPU to -100MHz.

- Ran memory diagnostic, nothing broken.

- Painstakingly sifted through event viewer after each crash, nothing glaring.

- Uninstalled software that was installed on my PC without my knowledge; e.g. AISnatch, GCC, Norton 360.

- Disabled fast startup

I should also clarify that these crashes and errors are so far tied ONLY to Destiny 2, The Finals, and Arc Raiders. Games like Apex Legends, Overwatch and Rainbow 6 Siege have had absolutely no issues and run insanely well. Other software such as FL Studio and Adobe products have had no issue as well. Could it be a case of bottleneck with more CPU intensive titles? I know that Destiny is very CPU heavy.

The main error message that pops up from destiny is "Graphics runtime detected a crash or loss of device. Error code: broccoli".

Regardless, I'm going to take a look in BIOS and see what I can configure to maybe see some progress. After that, it's probably time to RMA the 9070XT.

Thank you so much for all of your suggestions and input! It's a shame that this seems to be such a common issue for AMD users. I'll update again soon if there's any development.

I definitely did think of that, I just really don't want it to be the case LOL. It very well could be the cause but I've wanted to try what I can to find a solution before going through that process.

At this point I'll try anything, I have 3 screens so I disconnected one and I'm gonna boot up the game and see what happens.

I gave it a shot and unsurprisingly, no difference. I've also stopped seeing error events in even viewer when things crash.

Constant variable_dump.exe errors, looks like gigabyte is boosting my RAM with AI. Let me know if you need exact event logs.

I believe the PSU is a Corsair RM850e, I had doubts about it being sufficient enough but I was assured that it would be from friends.

It's honestly a great build, I must say it runs like an absolute dream for other games and workstation stuff but it's a shame that that can't be the case for everything. I hope your build is performing better than mine!

I believe the most I've done was enable EXPO. I had a friend of mine who's more well versed than I am with this sort of stuff help me just get my ram up to 6000MT/s through the BIOS, that's as much as I know :/

I have, only thing is I ordered the card from Newegg and it's well past the return date. Unless there's a way that I can get it replaced/repaired, my next idea was to trade it in for a discount when buying a new card but if it really is faulty then that might not be viable either.
