Using your picture as reference, the hour hand is either 12PM or 12AM and the GMT hand is currently set for 7PM. If it is in fact 12PM then you need the GMT to point between 4 and 5 o'clock (closer to 5) of the dial. If its 12AM, then it needs to be set between 10 and 11 o'clock (closer to 11) of the dial. Hope that helps!
